- Each player starts with a pencil and a blank piece of paper.
- Players take turns rolling the die and then drawing the body part that corresponds to the number rolled:
1=body
2=head
3=a leg
4=an eye
5=tail
6=a feeler
- The completed drawing should include 1 body, 6 legs, 1 head,
2 eyes, 2 feelers, and 1 tail.
- If a player rolls a number corresponding to body parts he
or she has already completed or is unable to draw (such
as an eye before the head has been drawn), he or she must wait until the next turn and try again.
- Whoever completes the beetle first is the winner.
This game can be adapted to other drawings by assigning numbers
to the different parts of the picture (for example: a house
or a person instead of a beetle).
